Acer Extensa 5620 Keyboard Problem

My acer extensa 5620 keyboard is not working properly, some keys do not work at all, I even tried to blow and clean but the problem sustained, then I checked the driver software as I thought it could be the driver problem still some of my acer extensa keys are not functioning properly?
